Flooring Makeovers started when our owner, Reginald, wanted to start a company based on the positive experiences he took from working at both a large carpet cleaning franchise and then for a smaller company. He wanted to bring the personalized attention given to each customer and combine it with the organizational systems that the larger cleaning franchise had in place to create a company that works best for the end customer. With that mission, Flooring Makeovers was born!
